In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in all sizes and colors. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Rileyroos shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Rileyroos shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Rileyroos shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Product Display & Description

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website.  However, the colors you see will vary by computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate. Rileyroos cannot guarantee that product descriptions or the Content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If you determine that a product offered by Rileyroos is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a refund.

Resale terms

Resellers agree to sell Rileyroos only with a current reseller’s license in a brick and mortar or on-line store environment with a valid tax id in the respective state and/or country of resale.  Resellers agree not to sell Rileyroos on Ebay, any other on-line auction sites or in a non-retail environment and are encouraged to sell products at Rileyroos MAPP.
