RETURNS: Rileyroos wants you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind our products 100% and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any Rileyroos footwear product* in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Rileyroos accepts returns for unworn shoes purchased through www.rileyroos.com within 30 days of purchase date. Shoes must be returned in their original condition and box with packing slip. Please indicate the reason for the return. Shoes must come in their original condition with original packing and in original shoebox. If goods are not in their original condition, Rileyroos will not accept the return and the consumer must arrange to have the shoes returned to them.
*Items not eligible for return include final sales items or closeout items including those purchased via a discount and/or one deal at a day (ODAT) websites.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Rileyroos takes pride in designing footwear made of high quality materials. Our products are all made wth care by hand, therefore occasionally something may not be perfect. Please let us make the situation right if a product fails to meet your expectations. Rileyroos will replace any defective merchandise deemed defective by Rileyroos within 90 days of purchase. With adequate proof of purchase Rileyroos will replace any defective merchandise with the same item (size and style) originally purchased, if unavailable a suitable alternative will be offered of equal value. For defective merchandise, please contact us at contactus@rileyroos.com or at 877.455.ROOS and we will provide you with instructions to resolve the situation in an expedient manner. Rileyroos also offers replacement insoles by request, to extend the life of your Rileyroos.
EXCHANGES: Rileyroos does not currently accept exchanges. If you purchased the incorrect size, please return the original pair/s for credit and place an order for the new pair/s on www.rileyroos.com. Many of our retail partners offer free shipping and free returns/exchanges by ordering via their website. We’re happy to share the names of these retailers or read below to locate the information on our website.
Rileyroos is not responsible for items that are shipped and lost before reaching Rileyroos, to ensure a safe arrival, please ship returns via a traceable method such as Fed Ex, UPS or Insured parcel post to the following address:

A credit for the original value of the returned item/s will be issued on the original credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping charges are not reimburseable. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.

SHIPMENT STANDARDS: Rileyroos strives for excellent and fast service! All orders including expedited shipments are processed within 2-3 business days from your order date, if not sooner. Orders ship from our facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Please allow 2-3 business days from your order date plus shipping time (based on the shipping option you select) to receive your order. If a shipping error occurred on our part, we will gladly reimburse your shipping charges upon receipt of your merchandise. A shipping reimbursement will be credited to the credit card used on the original purchase only and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge. FOOTWEAR CARE: Rileyroos are made from the highest quality materials and specifically designed to promote the proper development of a child’s foot. To extend the life of your Rileyroos shoes, we recommend you care for them with child-safe leather care products. Soft-soled footwear is intended for light outdoor wear. Rileyroos soft-soled shoes do not hold up well after excessive exposure to moisture and wetness. We recommend protective rain or snow wear on little feet when conditions are icy and rainy for safety, comfort and to extend the life of your Rileyroos! Below are suggested care instructions for your Rileyroos:
- Nubuck/Suede: Use a suede or nubuck eraser to remove marks or stains. Move the eraser over the discolored area until the marks disappear. Suede or nubuck erasers are available at shoe stores, mass merchandisers and pharmacies.
- Caters Boots: These boots are made of cotton and are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. Dry the Caters boots using a no/low heat setting or let air dry.
- Canvas: Wipe clean with mild soap and water or with baby/hand wipes. Canvas may also be machine washed on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Air dry or dry on a low heat setting.
MATERIALS: Your, and your, child’s safety is our greatest concern. All Rileyroos products are made with non-toxic and child safe materials. We use many recycled materials in support of our environment and comply with local labor laws at our production facilities. Our yellow footwear boxes are made from 100% recycled paper.
CHARITABLE DONATIONS: Rileyoos is committed to extending the hand of friendship in communities worldwide. This is done through donations to global organizations like Soles4Souls, In Ian’s Boots and GottaHaveSole, and also with smaller organizations in the local communities where Rileyroos are sold.
